1cl.pw is an online service. Privacy questions and data requests are handled through the email address above.
2. Information we process
Depending on how the service is used, 1cl.pw may process account information, short-link records, click statistics, security/session data, and cookie preferences.
Account data
Accounts may contain a username, email address, password hash, activation and verification status, registration source, creation time, and last sign-in time. Passwords are verified against hashes and are not stored as plaintext.
Verification and password recovery
Public registration uses transactional verification emails. Password recovery uses transactional reset emails. The database stores only a SHA-256 hash of each one-time token, its type, timestamps, expiry, and used state; the raw token appears only in the email link.
Short-link records
We store the short code, owner identifier, source and final destination URLs, destination domain, UTM parameters, ERID, optional note, timestamps, and aggregate click fields.
Click and redirect statistics
When a visitor opens a short link, the service may record the timestamp, related link, configured short domain, IP address, browser user-agent, and a GEO snapshot derived locally from the IP address. GEO fields may include country, region, city, latitude, and longitude when available.
IP addresses can constitute personal data. Click logging is server-side product functionality and is not disabled by rejecting optional browser cookies.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The service currently uses necessary first-party cookies for authentication, security, session integrity, and storing cookie preferences. No optional browser analytics or marketing technologies are currently installed.

4. Why information is processed
- Provide URL building, shortening, redirects, account access, and link management.
- Provide protected click statistics to the authenticated link owner.
- Maintain security, prevent request forgery, diagnose failures, and preserve service integrity.
- Remember cookie preferences.
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on providing the service requested by the user, protecting the legitimate interests of operating and securing the service, complying with legal obligations, or consent where optional technologies require it. No optional analytics or marketing technologies are currently active.
5. Retention
Account information is retained while the account is active and as needed to provide account access. Short-link and click records are retained while the link remains in service and while the associated statistics are needed. Information may be retained longer where necessary to protect the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. A verified deletion request may be sent to info@1cl.pw.
Expired and used account tokens are cleaned after seven days, and hashed rate-limit events after two days. Session cookies expire at the end of the browser session; the cookie preference lifetime is listed in the Cookie Policy.
6. Providers, processors, and transfers
1cl.pw may use hosting, database, security, and transactional email infrastructure to operate the service. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their technical function. Data may be processed in countries where this infrastructure operates, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Contact info@1cl.pw for current information relevant to a specific request.
Sypex Geo is used from a local database for IP-to-GEO resolution. Redirect GEO lookup does not depend on an external HTTP GEO service. No Google Analytics, advertising pixel, third-party embed, or browser fingerprinting tool is currently installed.
7. Security
The application uses password hashing, protected sessions, CSRF validation, prepared database statements, ownership checks, and restricted access to private statistics. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on your location and applicable law. You may contact info@1cl.pw to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of optional cookie preferences where applicable. We may request reasonable information to verify that the request concerns you. You may also contact the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, retention practices, or legal requirements change. A new effective date and, where appropriate, a new cookie-consent version should be published with material changes.
